Tori Jackson
Meet Tori, one of our co-owners! Tori began her career in Edmonton in 2008 before making her way to the Okanagan, where she now proudly calls home. As a Kerastase Care Coach, Tori is passionate about providing in-depth education on products and treatments, always customizing solutions to meet her clients' unique hair needs and goals.
When she’s not behind the chair, Tori loves soaking up the sun with her 6-year-old daughter, traveling, wine tasting, or hiking with her dog, Marley!

Nicole Walters
Meet Nicole, one of our co-owners! With 13 years of experience behind the chair, Nicole is passionate about barbering, coloring, and cutting. When she’s not working her magic in the salon, you’ll find her enjoying the great outdoors—whether it's snowboarding with her dog, Sully, hiking, or paddleboarding. On quieter days, she loves cooking up something delicious and diving into a good book!

Sydney Van Troyen
Meet our Curl Queen, Sydney! Sydney is a huge advocate for hair health, and will never risk the integrity of anyone's hair. As someone with curly hair, she specializes in helping her fellow wavy/curly tribe feel their best! She looooves creating all hair colors, especially blondes! Syd aims to create the most effortlessly beautiful version of her clients! She understands that time in her chair is your self care time, and wants it to be exceptional whether it's quiet time, or chatting.
When Sydney isn't behind the chair, you can find her gardening, working out at the gym, or cuddling with her many pets!

Raydell Schuldes
Raydell has over 25 years of experience working, living, and learning every aspect of the hair industry, all while living abroad in Europe, the Caribbean, and across Canada! She has instructed at hair academies, educated for one of the largest hair color companies, and ran her own salon educating young and seasoned stylists. Raydell has also worked in TV, Film, and Theatre! She specializes in hair coloring, cutting, curly hair, ethnic hair, and special events hair. Raydell makes her education a top priority, as styles are ever changing. It's her mission to give her clients the best care possible!

Lana Van Cornewal
Meet our blonde beauty, Lana! Lana grew up in Saskatchewan and made her way to Kelowna and has been with NV since we opened our doors in 2017! With 20 years of experience, Lana takes pride in her education and has taken cutting, color, up-do and hair extensions classes with Aveda. Her areas of expertise are bridal hair, extensions, woman's cuts, and colors! Lana's goal is to create beautiful, natural, looking, healthy hair!
When Lana isn't doing hair, she is most likely at the BMX track or at the hockey rink with her kids!

Coy Macdonald
Meet Coy!
After 20 years in the industry, I'm a BC boy back in the hood after spending two decades in Calgary. I'm a PulpRiot Colour Educator and a full-on chemical nerd when it comes to colour and care. I've competed at every Canadian level-regional, provincial, and national-and had the honor of representing Canada at OMC Hair Worlds in Germany and South Korea, placing 10th among countries worldwide. I'm also a competition trainer, with previous students earning multiple awards. My favorite service is transformations, especially when it comes to embracing change, assessing clients' real needs, and creating looks that fit their maintenance and lifestyle.
Outside the salon, if it has a board, I'm on it-paddleboard, snowboard, surfboard, longboard-food is the way to my heart, and I'm always chasing new adventures and experiences.

Hans Brar
Hans grew up in Cawston, BC, where she developed a passion for hairdressing at a young age. She was fascinated by how a simple haircut or color could transform someone's appearance and boost their confidence. Specializing in lived-in blondes, as well as cutting and coloring, Hans loves helping clients look and feel their best.
In 2024, she moved to Kelowna to attend MC College, continuing to refine her skills and expand her expertise.
Outside of the salon, you can find Hans enjoying the outdoors—whether it’s going on long walks, hiking, or basking in the sun at the beach. When she’s not outdoors, she loves relaxing with loved ones and cuddling her cat, Moon!

Originally from Vancouver, BC, I made Kelowna my home over 10 years ago. My journey into hairdressing began in high school, where an introductory program quickly revealed what I now know to be my true passion—helping people feel confident, beautiful, and seen.
I genuinely love all things hair, from bright, lived-in blondes to precision haircuts and effortless, everyday styles. For me, hair is more than just a service—it’s an experience, and nothing is more rewarding than making my clients feel their absolute best when they leave my chair.
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me enjoying scenic walks with my puppy or unwinding with a good chick flick and a plate of snacks.

Nicole Knorr-Nairn
Meet our Esthetician, Nicole aka Nicki! Nicki is a born and raised Kelowna girl and doesn't plan on leaving anytime soon! Nicki has been doing Esthetics since 2018 and has worked with skincare lines such as Bernard Cassier, Comfort Zone, Serene, HydroPeptide, La Biosthetique & Institut'DERmed. Nicki is also certified in multiple advanced skincare services such as Micro-needling, Nano Needling, Chemical Peels, IPL, & Laser Hair Removal. Nicki is now focusing on beauty enhancement services such as lashes, waxing, tinting, and relaxation facials!
When Nicki’s not in the studio, she’s soaking up quality time with her husband, friends and family, traveling, decorating her home, enjoying the outdoors with her dog, Bear, or snuggling with her two cats, Patrick and Wanda!
